There is good news for the citizens of Pune new UNLOCK rules are implemented from Monday and restrictions are eased. Due to the high demand and recent protests from restaurants and hotels across the city, the restrictions have been eased. Starting Monday the shops, malls, and restaurants can open for 7 days a week. There are some rules which have to be followed. I have explained them below.

A review meeting was held between officials on the Corona situation and measures in the Pune district. The Restrictions has been relaxed in Pune as well as the Pimpri Chinchwad metropolis. Level three regulations have been implemented in 13 talukas of the district from Monday.

The following items have been decided and will be applicable with immediate effect.

All shops can function till 8 PM | 7 days a week

All shops in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad metropolis are allowed to continue all day from morning till 8 pm.

Malls can function till 10 PM | 7 days a week

The mall has also been allowed to open following Corona rules. Those who have taken both doses of the corona vaccine will be admitted to the mall. The staff should also be fully vaccinated.

Hotels and Restaurants can function till 10 PM | 7 days a week

Hotels and restaurants are allowed to start with 50% capacity. It is mandatory for the employees working in the mall to test the corona every 15 days. Although shops and hotels are allowed to operate full time, strict restrictions will be imposed if the positivity rate goes beyond 7 percent. So citizens need to be careful.

पुणे जिले में कोरोना की स्थिति और उपायों पर समीक्षा बैठक हुई। पुणे के साथ-साथ पिंपरी चिंचवाड़ शहर में भी पाबंदियों में ढील दी गई है। सोमवार से जिले के 13 तालुकों में लेवल थ्री के नियम लागू कर दिए गए हैं।


पुणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड़ शहर में सभी दुकानों को सुबह से रात 8 बजे तक पूरे दिन चलने की अनुमति है। होटल भी रात 10 बजे तक खुले रहेंगे। मॉल को भी कोरोना नियमों का पालन करते हुए खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है।


मॉल में वही प्रवेश कर सकेंगे, जिन्होंने कोरोना वैक्सीन की दोनों डोज ले ली हैं। हालांकि दुकानों और होटलों को पूर्णकालिक रूप से संचालित करने की अनुमति है, लेकिन सकारात्मकता दर 7 प्रतिशत से अधिक होने पर सख्त प्रतिबंध लगाए जाएंगे। इसलिए नागरिकों को सावधान रहने की जरूरत है।
अब पीड़ितों की संख्या कम भी हो तो फिर न बढ़े, इसलिए कोरोना विजिलेंस रूल्स का सख्ती से पालन जरूरी है। इसमें नागरिकों से सहयोग की अपील की गई है।


ग्रामीण रुग्णता दर 5.5 है। लेकिन स्तर 4 के बजाय 3 है। सभी को इस बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि पुणे, पिंपरी चिनवाड़ शहर में ढील देने के बावजूद कोरोना न बढ़े।


पुणे में प्रसार 3.3, पिंपरी चिंचवाड़ में 3.5 और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 5.5 है। एक बार ग्रामीण रुग्णता की दर को नियंत्रण में लाने के बाद, छूट होगी।

पुणे जिल्ह्यातील कोरोना परिस्थिती व उपाययोजनांबाबत आढावा बैठक घेण्यात आली. पुणे तसंच पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरामध्ये निर्बंधात शिथिलता देण्यात आली आहे. जिल्ह्यातील १३ तालुक्यात लेव्हल तीनची नियमावली सोमवारपासून लागू केली आहे.

पुणे, पिंपरी चिंचवड महानगरातील सर्व दुकानं सर्व दिवशी सकाळपासून रात्री ८ वाजेपर्यंत सुरू ठेवण्यास परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे. हॉटेलही रात्री १० वाजेपर्यंत सुरू राहणार आहेत. त्याचबरोबर कोरोना नियमांचं पालन करुन मॉलही उघडण्यास परवानगी देण्यात आली आहे.

कोरोना प्रतिबंधक लसीचे दोन्ही डोस घेतलेल्यांनाच मॉलमध्ये प्रवेश मिळणार आहे. दुकानं, हॉटेल पूर्ण वेळ सुरू ठेवण्यास परवानगी दिली असली तरी पॉझिटिव्हिटी रेट ७ टक्क्यांच्यावर गेल्यास कडक निर्बंध लावण्यात येतील. त्यामुळे नागरिकांनी खबरदारी घेण्याची गरज आहे.

आता बाधितांची संख्या कमी झाली असली तरी ती पुन्हा वाढू नये, यासाठी कोरोना दक्षता नियमांचं काटेकोर पालन होणं आवश्यक आहे. त्यासाठी नागरिकांनी सहकार्य करावं, असं आवाहन आहे.

ग्रामीणचा रुग्णवाढीचा दर ५.५ आहे. पण तिथं लेव्हल ४ ऐवजी ३ ठेवली आहे. पुणे, पिंपरी चिंववड महानगरात शिथिलता देण्यात येत असली तरी कोरोना वाढणार नाही, याची खबरदारी प्रत्येकानं घेतली पाहिजे.

पुण्यातील प्रमाण ३.३ आणि पिंपरी चिंचवड ३.५ आणि ग्रामीणचं संसर्गाचं प्रमाण ५.५ आहे. ग्रामीण रुग्णवाढीचा दर नियंत्रणात आल्यानंतर तिथं शिथिलता दिली जाणार आहे.

कोरोनाच्या संभाव्य तिसऱ्या लाटेच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर ग्रामीण आरोग्य यंत्रणा सुसज्ज ठेवण्यासोबतच १९ आॕक्सिजन प्लांट गतीनं सुरु होतील. जिल्ह्याला आॕक्सिजनबाबत स्वयंपूर्ण करण्याच्या सूचना यंत्रणेला दिल्या.

हाॕटेल आणि रेस्टाॕरंटला ५० टक्के क्षमतेसह सुरु करण्याची परवानगी आहे. प्रत्येक १५ दिवसांनी माॕलमध्ये काम करणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांसाठी कोरोना चाचणी करणं बंधनकारक आहे. ग्रामीण भागात हॉटेल फक्त ४ वाजेपर्यंत खुले राहतील.
